It is a money issue with me, the price of a game with tons of missing features combined with blind comsumers and the product will remain in a a bad state look at madden is a killer example
So don't buy it then. Please stop trying to make some of us feel bad about something we are looking forward too. Your comparisons are meaningless. If it looks so bad then save your money, buy madden and ncaa and have a blast just I will with APF2K8.

A preview is hardly enough to draw a final conclusion on any game. Like I said to you before, you should wait on a review from a source that you trust, or rent the game first. It might surprise you and you might like it. If you are a 2k5 fan, then you should know that 2k knows how to make a football game.

I wonder which build these screens shots are from. Clearly you can see these screens are taken from a DEV-KIT:

The screens look good & definitely feel confident they will look awesome in real-time

I agree on that note totally. But you would be blind not to take the previews INTO account considering the game is coming out in a months time. Not a whole lot will change.

Re: gaming age preview w/ new screens

Wait a second, some of those pics are from the old GI article. They are the ones that they said would "Get more texture passes."

Guys, I love 2K and what was/is NFL 2K5, and 2K Sports is my preference in sports games, but these pics are terrible.

The fields are lacking in depth and detail, giving the players a very floaty look. There's no player/field depth. Some upper bodies look ok, but the lower bodies are far to small. Most of the heads look too bog on their bodies, especially Jerry's.

Think for a moment about NBA 2K7 and how incredible the player designs are, heck, even MLB 2K7. This game looks nowhere near those games.
