Not making excuses, but think of it like this. This was one guy making a video. That video 2K put out probably had input from several different people. There's something to be said for too many chefs in the kitchen, know what I mean?

You know, this is actually a great sign. It shows what the community can do with customization. Reelmaker is in this game. From the custom uniforms with some great legends, I think we'll see a lot more videos like this one representing the great aspects of this game.

And need to begin a major marketing campaign before the July release.

The word of this game even releasing isn't big enough around the US. And the commercials and banners, Magazine ads, etc. Need to start flowing.

EGM, Game Informer, GQ Magazine, Playboy, Hustlers, Vibe, Black Men Magazine, Time, etc...and it needs to be a 2 to 4 page advertising showing what this game includes with current pictures.

Also retail outlets need to be pushing free Faceplates, Lanyards, Posters, or something to get those reserves ready. Not just EB and Lamestop, but Toys R Us, CC, and BB...they do reservations as well. And this game should hit a few sunday ads early. Just as Halo 3 and other games have.

Too many things this game lacks, and there are tons of 2k fans and Madden fans who loved 2k5. That still don't know about 2k making this game. And its 28 days away from release.

2k needs to get on the ball.

2ksports could really milk this game, since its original. Custom team faceplates, wireless controllers of some of the legends. And so much. They could profit, further just just releasing the title.

$60 for the game
$40 to $50 for the custom controllers
$20 for the faceplates.

If they wanted to really profit this is how. Not to mention with it being a custom game, think about additions they could make on XBL and PS3 as far a downloadable content. New Stadiums, New Legendary Players added. New Jerseys, Gameplay improvements and patches. So much.
