I agree with this, Sage...

I think the feeling we are all gonna have win we tear off the wrapping and slide the disc into our machines, is going to be special, as it is with most releases around this time of year.

That being said, I think I like the idea of being surprised by a lot of the things I'm going to be seeing in this game. We are going to have A LOT otime with this game coming up, especially if they are talking about it possibly being on a bi-annual release cycle.

The fact that we are essentially a couple of weeks away from release is pretty exciting!

Trailer was dope! Did you see the On the Spot footage.

The gameplay looked incredible. Smooth as butter. THe video was small, but I could tell that the game is gonna have all I'm gonna need in a third video football game, LOL.

Funny thing is I was starting to questin how much time I was going to be playing 2K8 before the new footage today. Now, tho, I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to put this game down. Just looking at the vids, I can see that I'm gonna love getting back into that 2K gameplay dynamic again...

YES I SAW THAT FOOTAGE. You're right everything looked smooth as ****. I'm definitely going to have a hard time putting this game down. APF and NCAA in the same week or basically the same day.......my head might explode.

Forgive me if this has been confirmed...I've read somewhere that there are 20 teams plus your own...totaling 21...however, the gamespot article from yesterday mentioned 23 or 24. For online play, has it been confirmed for what # of teams will be eligible for league play?
