They're using NFL last names!

Around 12:15 in the new gamespot video, they show that the runningback who drops the pass's last name is Bruschi. For those of you who don't know, Bruschi is a good veteran LB for the Patriots. I refuse to believe that this last name is in the game as a coincidence. I've never known any Bruschi's in my entire life other than the linebacker for the Pats. If this isn't proof that you can change the names of players to reflect actual NFL players, then I'll eat my hat. Your thoughts?

It's very possible that the game will allow you to create a John Bruschi and a Tedy Gump, but not allow you to create a Tedy Bruschi.

That doesn't make much sense. i think you can probably put whatever combination in their database together.

What if YOUR name happened to be Tedy Bruschi. I can't see them limiting name combination. They thing with licensing issues are the likenesses not so much the names. And you can, as a developer limit that by have pre-made faces.

I don't see the need for creating any of the current NFL players. I'll be creating myself, friends, and family members.
