Your post reminded me of Orlando Pace when he was still at Ohio State. I remember seeing video of him keeping pace (no pun intended) or outrunning other players down the field as a lead blocker. This shouldn't happen on every play, but it can happen sometimes.

The reason for seeing the huge lineman is because it probably was a pulling sweep play.... and there are some linemen in the NFL / College / High School etc that will run a 50 yard dash faster than many of the people on these boards. They may be heavy.. but remember they're all athletes!

Yeah, I see what you're saying. . .That 3rd photo is where Barry broke that tackle. . which slowed him down enough for those 2 guys to tackle him. Which explains how the lineman caught up.

Anyone catch the linebacker bump/shove and almost hold onto the TE running his route, then let him go? Simply JAW-DROPPING... now stuff like THAT is what makes this game series GREAT!
