Every game site has posted some type of preview or hands-on about All-Pro. Why haven't they? I think they might have some type of agreement because they give Madden 07 on 360 an 8.2 but then comeback and basically say it sucks. What gives

At this point, I don't know how much useful info we can get out of a another preview. The only thing left is the nitty-gritty detail, and you won't get that until fellow OS'ers have the game in hand.

gamespot is the only site to post a preview. they clearly got their hands on the game and were able to play it for a while, do some gameplay video, etc.

the guys here just got a little time with an 80% build at a promo event. other sites have had interviews but no previews.

it seems like gamespot is the only group with the game at this point. no conspiracy. ign usually gets the game around the same time so it's probably coming soon.

to be honest i hope vc decided to give gamespot love first and made ign wait. the people reviewing their sports games are god awful. then they put out gameplay replays of these awful people playing. they don't deserve special treatment. that's extremely unlikely though. usually you see both of these having info at the same time. it's a coin flip on who gets it out first from game to game.

They did the same with madden 06 (giving it a 8.0) and also basically gave 2k5 a better review but madden 05 the better score.

IGN is funny like that, they probably won't give APF a good score, but Madden can be crap and there still going to give it atleast a 8.0. So they'll probably give APF 2K8 a 7.5. From what I've seen so far from both games, Madden 08 should be a 8.2 (maybe)and APF 2K8 should be a 8.9 atleast. Anyway hopefully APF2K8 will get good score from other sites.
