I remember hearing someone say that you can trade a bronze and a silver for a gold or something like that. Does anybody know for sure what you can and can't do when it comes to trading tier picks?

The "rating" system? No you cannot trade, (as far as we know) a bronze and silver for gold.

Its still 2-gold 3-silver 6-bronze, only the CPU teams can have more golds.

at lease, from what i saw in the videos.

I don't think there is one... it might exist for online leagues (there's little info regarding them floating around), but all videos I've seen involving user teams have all been the same 2/3/6 format.

The CPU teams have more gold and silver players because there are not enough bronze players in the game to support 24 teams in the 2/3/6 format.
