I am getting you need to put this disc in a 360 consule anyone else?

Probably a bad disk... just go and exchange it.

I got this message a lot last summer, and ultimately it was a defective 360, not a game disc. It could be that, or it's just a faulty game. For your sake, I hope it's the latter, unless you got a warranty for your 360 at an EB Games or Gamestop, in which case you can just exchange the console for a brand new one on the spot.

I got the message briefly, but took the disc out, rubbed a t-shirt over it, and put it back in. Now it's working fine.
