32" Vizio... picture looks just as good as any $1200 Sony out there, and it will cost you a measly $599.

I have no complaints with the graphics, the game looks good to me...........I'm just happy to have a 2K Football game back in the fold.

The graphics at first on my 51" HDTV (projection) left me unimpressed. On my 22" wide screen Samsumg LCD using a VGA cable, the graphics in this game came to life BIG TIME !!!!

On the above mentioned LCD, the stadium and player graphics are the best I've seen in any next gen football game to date!!! That includes NCAA 08 which I also have.

This is on the 360

Just by looking at your pics of Standard Vs HD, you can tell the proportions are incorrect on standard def, and that is because i'm guessing your standard def is not correctly configured to widescreen. It's better to have the black boarders top and bottom and letterbox on 4:3 screens than have them squashed up like that, because the eye will pick up on those things. Obviously it's correctly framed in the HD shots, as it should be for true widescreen.

If you configure the standard def properly, the unsquashed look may help make the game look a lot better.

EDIT: on further inspection the squash looks like a horizontal stretch (players look fatter), meaning, you've probably forced widescreen to fill the screen, but you'd be better of either with letterbox widescreen or with 4:3 standard.

EDIT 2: no, not 4:3 standard unless your xbox 360 is outputting 420p. If it's a widescreen output 720p or 1080p, then setting your TV to 4:3 will make the players look extra skinny, and too tall (like they're stretched vertically, and you don't want that either).

Conclusion - if your outputting widescreen (check your xbox settings) but playing on non-widescreen standard def - make the Tv letterbox for correct proportions.

Nope that is how it looks... Im playing the game with a PS3 on a 32 inch Flat Panel Toshiba HDTV.

Those screenshots look amazing because they were taken in instant replay mode.
