Yeah, they bust there bums. I was playing in a snow storm and al del greco slipped on the kickoff after halftime. Also had a couple receivers slip while trying to make cuts up field. Pretty Sweet. I did notice in the snow game that the field is all white except for where you have played so i guess it's dynamic degrading. I also looked at seperate guys when playing in a rain game and noticed that the stains were different as well as the scuff marks on the helmets. pretty cool as well. But the rain on the helmets/unis when it's pouring is something that has to be seen to be believed. It looks awesome.

Oh one thing i liked is during the snow storm game it was horrible offense by both teams. 0-0 at half. So, the halftime show where they show highlights peter says "Well, normally we would be showing you highlights now but since there were no highlights guess we'll move on to the 2nd half" or something to that effect. I thought that was pretty funny. The more i play this game the more i fall in love with it. I am willing to lose sleep to play this game more.

1. Cunningham gets pounded on a sack and the ball comes out wobbly...and kind of a nose dive, but my WR grabs the ball off his shoelaces and slides forward for a first down.

2. Try using Cunningham, run a deep out, and charge him up before firing a lazer out there. I'm getting sideline toe drags for completions left and right!!

2. I'm up by 7 on the CPU (Firebirds) tonight with a minute and change left in the game. They're running the hurry up very realistically (spiking the ball, sideline completions). The clock is winding down and they're at my 20 or so. They throw into the endzone to Todd Christensen and it gets deflected incomplete, but I come flying in from the left with Night Train Lane and knock Christensen in the air backwards on his azz. Flag! Late hit. They run 2 pass plays into the endzone (they're outta timeouts). Both incomplete. The next play I nail Lynn Di ckey for a sack and I'm thinking game over. They rush back to the line of scrimmage and actually snap the ball with 1 or 2 seconds left on the clock and burn me in the corner for a TD. Extra point and bang...we're in OT (I ended up winning but that's not the point here). UNBELIEVABLE sequence!!
And get this, I was playing ROOKIE difficulty (I'm having trouble with anything beyond that right now).
This game is friggin' great peoples!!

I'm Jack Tatum and Jerry Rice jumps up high to catch one over me and lands on his back and before he gets up Tatum dives and slides off Jerry's back to down him. Normally you would see a tackel animation. So awesome.

I really have to replay all the plays to see the little things that are happening.

I almost feel slighted after buying NCAA over this. You know what that means... APF today... haha thanks guys for all the wonderful feedback, you really sold me on this one.

Okay, I'm using **** Butkus all game to destroy the CPU offense, it's a tight game, the CPU has a critical 3rd and short play. CPU calls a running play up the middle where I have Butkus lined up for the kill. THEN IT HAPPENED, the Generic fullback comes in and absolutely DESTROYS Butkus!! Hell, I thought he killed him! Sanders gets the first down and they go on to win. You could hear the CRACK of the Helmets when he hit him. It was almost like the CPU said "ok, it's time for Butkus to get knocked on his ***!!" I swear I watched the replay 50 times!! Oh, the LITTLE THINGS IN THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!
