Advanced Controls/Documentation.....

So can anyone point me in the right direction to an online manual or something that can explain to me the more advanced features of the game? I seem to have forgotten how to have a linebacker blitz in, have my running back stay back and block, what the different buttons due for the linemen (ie swim spin) ect. I looked through the manual sorta quick but didn't see anything that answers those questions. I thought maybe the nfl2k5 manual would help but i realized that the one in game/online was the best and my xbox isn't hooked up atm nor can I find the online one. Maybe I just missed how to do all that in the manual... either way I appreciate any help.
