DB's..who do you like?

i have night train lane, rod woodson, mcdaniel, and eugine robinson and my secoundary is a beast. top that(sike just kidding karpar)

Right now I am going with Willie Brown and Lem Barney at SB. I am trying to determine who is better at coverage between Brown and Haynes at gold. Night Train does not have the coverage icon, so I would imagine Brown and Haynes are better?

I like to run man on the outside. It really helps in shutting down legend WRs when you know they are going to pass.

I having legend CBs and try to have two on all my teams.

On the gold tier I choose either Woodson or Lane (Woodson if I want him to return kicks, Lane otherwise).

For silver, my first choice is Lester Hayes because of his strength bonus and bump master attributes, my 2nd choice would be Barney.

On bronze, McDaniel is almost always my first choice, but Albert Lewis isn't bad.

All my teams have some combination of those 6 guys, with the most common combination being Hayes and McDaniel.

If I have Hayes bumping the receiver at the line, and Eugene Robinson providing help over the top, I've been able to shut down some pretty solid WRs.

Kind of off topic, but how do you bump exactly? Do you just send your CBs to a shell 1 or push them up as far as possible?

You hold down the DB-adjustment button (RB on the 360) and press down on the right thumbstick until your corners walk up to the line. They will then be bumping.

However, I think things like a cover 1 shell will also cause the DBs to bump, but the other way doesn't change your shell.
