Can anyone explain this to me? I searched for a bit in the How-To and Special Abilities threads, but never really found much in the way of answers.

I understand Signal Stealer... That one is easy.

How do I do stuff like the Scissor Kick with Payton, and Club/Bull Rush/Battering Ram with DEs and RBs?

LT = Club

RT = Swim

LB = Rip

RB = Spin

A(tap) = Bull rush

Okay, I knew all that from the manual...

I'm talking about 2nd Level stuff. Do you just charge fully and then hit the button?

Well one would assume since it is a second level charge, that you charge, and then charge again... then do your move..

to do a second level charge you have to hold down charge until your outer ring turns white.

To do Payton's scissor kick, you have to push back on the right stick.
