I mean, what if they did give APF a 9 this year? Then what are they supposed to give it when it adds all of the features from 2k5 (minus nfl teams)? A 9.5? All of those missing feaures are surely worth more than a 1/2 point (or even a full point).

Not according to the handbook, "Years have been spent bringing together all the perfect pieces to form what you now have: All-Pro Football 2K8."

If we can take a step back and look at this game without the "It's good to see 2K back" glasses, I think we'll all agree that these scores are consistent with what the game is.

The game plays great. It's just too shallow in features.
