hi, i am tj and i am an APF addict. i cannot sleep at night, my wife is about to leave me... i may miss her. i may pawn my dining room set (or steal from my mother) to renew my xbox live subscription.

I have this warm, surreal feeling while I am playing it. I truly believe for me, a game is make or break from the second it is fired up, with this game, I was drooling.

I really don't get the "discussion" from the A Team on the subparness of this game, and really I don't care what anybody says, I love this game, it does for me what needs to be done.

To kinda quote Mr. Randy Watson, "If playing APF is wrong, I don't wanna be right."

My name is Jason, and I, too, am an addict. This game is costing me my life, my job, and my family. I get up at 7:00 and hope someone is in the lobby; I go to bed at 12:00 and wonder where my day's gone. I can barely type my confession--my palms sweat and my hands shake when the controller's not in them . . . ;-)

lol...i know exactly what you are saying....I stay up waaaay too late playing this game. This game is so addicting to me and I have only played exhibition games thus far (i dont have an xbox live acct....but i am really tempted to get one now).

Im at work right now thinking about this damn game. I work for a Hospital in the patient accounting dept, and I am sitting here at my desk working patient accounts with insurance and patient info to my left and to my right?...a small notepad sized paper with my 11 legends written down on it....some names crossed out with lines drawn thru them, some circled, some with one or two asterisks by them... I am just constantly trying to figure out the perfect combination for my team!

The game is always in my mind. When I am at work I am thinking of my team and what plays would work against my next opponent in season mode. I am thinking football strategy all the time now and I am always thinking of new team combinations I could make.

I hate to admit it, but I think I'm playing and talking about this game too much. I never was in a league or a tourney before but now I'm signed up. Plus, it's affecting me- I'm acting a lot younger than I normally do. I might have to go cold turkey for a week or 2..........................NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before the release of APF I

Since the release of APF I
>> go to bed between 1:30-2:30 AM
>> play APF online for a minimum of 2 hours per day
>> tweak my APF roster after every online game
>> forget it is still baseball season

Luckily my wife has been really cool about my addiction. She understands that I have been waiting 3 years for this. Let's see how long this lasts Especially since the time after my daughter goes to sleep "used" to be our time and now it is APF time!!

Careful there buddy....you might be getting set up here and it might end up bitting you in the butt once football season rolls around. I can see it now, "Honey, remember a few weeks ago when you said it was APF time? Well, I know it's Sunday, but, you know, it's SPEND TIME WITH YOUR WIFE TIME...NOW!!!! Now, let's go shopping, i need some new shoes."

Just speaking from experience.....
