I have just started playing online and the more i play against different players, the more i see how great this game is.

They really capture the true game of football in this game. Each matchups are so different that you can not really play a single style of football to succeed.

This game has been the most indepth strategy filled football game ever.

The past football games has never captured this type of gameplay before but this game captures so many aspects of real football, it is amazing.

This game is insane!

Another thing, the Special Abilities system is much more superior than the Rating system. I hope they add more abilities in 2K9

Imagine how awesome it would be if we could customize the ENTIRE league and have a franchise mode? Hey, at least I got something to look forward to...

I'm with you there is so much strategy in this game it's crazy. I'm in an online league and I've been scouting my next weeks opponent to see who I need to focus on and what are his weaknesses. I never would be doing that if I was playing Madden or an uncustomizable NFL game.

I've only played online once (last night).... how do you go about scouting a team...???

Had an online game this afternoon with my son who lives in Minnesota, won a squeaker 7-0, missed two field goals also.

I've got to say i like this game, offline or online.

Look at the person's vip, it tells you just about everything they do.
