4th and inches.....
I've played this game daily for almost 2weeks now.... I've come to the conclusion that going for it on 4th don't work...... don't even think about 4th and goal.... I've used every slick play I could think of... quick slants, dives, screens, shovel pass, QB sneak with Randal C..... I've been successful just 'bout 3% of the time (or less)...

If there are any legends at DT, it can be very difficult...but I am able to convert sometimes....it's definitely not automatic like in most of the past football games. Another thing that makes this game great.

I've gone for it on fourth and inches and I've made it at times and didn't make it at other times.

With my Buffalo Bulls, I took Ray Guy to act as my Brian Moorman, so if I have to hit a FG that's longer than 40 yards, out comes Ray and I'm pinning you deep. Instead of missing three points and giving you good field position, I'll try to pop you in the endzone, take two points off a safety and get the ball back.

combined online and offline, I think I've gone for it on fourth maybe 5 or 6 times and converted only twice. Once on a run, and once on a pass. But yeah, the interior lineman really tighten up on those short stands, I like it a lot.

If you get the touchdown, great, if you don't, call blitz in the next play to stack up the run stop and get a safety and receive a punt which will result you taking another shot from the midfield.
