Chad: Speed burner, deep threat, soft hands
Marvin: Route God, soft hands, possession receiver
T.O.: Tough in the middle, strength bonus, bump buster
Smith: Speed burner, deep threat, acrobatic catches or soft hands
Holt: Deep threat, acrobatic catches, speed burner

L.T.: Finesse and power, soft hands, speed burner
Jackson: Finesse and Power, soft hands, branching tackles
Johnson: Power, workhorse, stamina bonus
Bush: Soft hands, finesse, return specialist (can sub speed burner in for one)
Gore: Don't know about this one

Manning: Signal stealer, laser arm, pocket presence
Brady: 4th quarter comeback, leadership, laser arm/clutch
Palmer: Rocket arm, laser arm, pocket pressence
McNabb: Leadership, rocket arm, scrambler
Roethlisburger: Clutch, tough as nails, rocket arm?

Good job on these man. I would change Reggie bush's soft hands to cutback ability and return specialist to speed burner.

Yeah but he has to be a great receiver cause he caught 100 passes last year if I'm not mistaken.

I have bush with soft hands and speed burner on silver and when i have him as a gold i add return specialist. I use him mostly as a receiver anyway.

I am co running the Mock NFL 2k8 league and I am from louisiana. My team is the saints.

This is my setup

Gold
Drew Brees - Pocket Presence, Leadership, Signal Stealer
Reggie Bush - Speed Burst, Speed Burner, Finesse

Silver
Duece - Work Horse, Branching tackles
Colston - tough in the middle, clutch
McKenzie - Cover bonus, closing speed

I have bronze but those don't matter.

I have my subs changed so any 3 wideout set BUSH is the thrid wideout and duece is the back. Single back sets is Bush and I back sets swap between Bush and Duece.

Even without soft hands him just being a gold he catchs ALOT. alot of people see a Gold, Sivler and a Bronze (robert meuchem) wide out and they double Reggie then I just up the gut with Duece. If they start keying in on that quick outs are DEADLY with BUSH. My offense runs VERY VERY much like the real saints. Never know where Bush might line up and you always have a good back in the back field and a hell of a QB back there.

After playing APF for a while I have to give the new abilities system the thumbs up. All of these abilities define players better than ratings and Madden's Weapon system. APF's abilities are way more detail oriented and player specific.
