What players are must haves when you create a new team?

Here are mine:

Gold: Mike Ditka (He is a God)
Silver: Roger Craig (I hot route him all over and he picks up good chunks on the ground too)
Bronze: Charlie Waters (Never seen him miss a tackle - several game saving plays)
