Well, it would simply because it means they have great hands, speed, ability to break tackles and the presence of the ball doesnt slow them down......even if it didnt mean INT/TD/Fumble returns specifically all the things required for a successful KR/PR go into returning TDs in other facets of the game......Maybe even so far to using them on offense in a specific package.

I wouldnt say ratings improvement per se...but certainly no downgrade when they have it and more importantly - the skills required are elite to begin with....

I agree that the Return Specialist attribute applies to interceptions and fumble recoveries as well.

I mentioned before that it would be nice to have a more full fledged team management interface. I don't so much want to assign abilities to my Generic Players so much as identify and annotate them, from WITHIN the game. As it is, I have to literally keep a clipboard and notepads beside me all the time while playing.

Isaac Evans? I had him and he outplayed my legends and was a league leader in sacks for a season....
