Franchise mode would be cool but with so many different ways to make up your team, I think single season has alot of appeal. It kinda takes you back to the days when single-season and playoffs were all that we had...except now, we have NFL legends.

I will read reviews and then determine if it will be a purchase or rental; which is really a shame.

They need to:
-add francise mode
-punish qb's that like to throw in double coverage
-punish receivers that like to catch over the middle that don't have the tough in the middle ability
-allow lineman assignments(let me choose to double team glitching DE's)
-bring back the real maximum passing
-way better db and lb manual play
-faster speed or allow us to choose the speed of the game in online play
-make abilities actually mean something

Yeah same here. I wont buy it the day it comes out maybe rent it once or twice and if I dig it I will. But a Franchise Mode would always make me happy so I would buy it.
