What clicking on Focus do and what are the benefits of it? Does the double team function work as well?

I think like for a WR a safety will pay more attention to that receiver and tend to ignore another receiver coming into their vicinity, and yeah the double team function really works well it does what its suppose to do

ummmm What is the Double team function? Is this simply assigning a safety to a wide receiver?

its assigning any defensive player to a reciever that has someone manned up on him or not, you can put all 3 of your linebackers on a running back if you want.
