Created Player Question??

There looks to be a MAX of (20) created players that you are allowed to create. I currently have a all created team made up (consisting of 11 of the current Redskins). I was hoping to enter another league with the same team except with a couple of adjustments.

Due to the MAX of 20 and the fact that "no created players can be assigned to more than one team at a time", i'm kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Can anyone shed any light on this subject? Am I overlooking something? The questions are:

Can you have more than 20 created players?
Can you or can't you place created players on more than one team?

Once you join a league the info for the team you joined with is stored on the 2K servers and you can delete or alter it any way you want and it won't change the way the team is in the league or tournament. So I often will create a team (for an NFL or college league), join the league, then delete it immediately afterward. My team will still exist in the league online even if I deleted it or changed it offline. Hope this helps.
