I hear you, grunt. Can you believe it's almost been a year? I just put together a brand new team last night and am as stoked to see how it goes as the day I bought the game. Problems? Sure, but I've never played a sports game this long. And I haven't even started making CAPs yet.

Caps really open the game up to me in a sim type of way.

All this game needs to succeed:

Franchise mode.
Generic team names with correct NFL cities.
2K share for rosters.

Put in a franchise mode and ship the game with fake player names and implement the 2K share and the community will do the rest. How could that fail?

(well 2K's marketing department could find a way I guess)
