im the guy who cant get herman moore going, only time he does well for me is when he's running a route thats 10 yards or less, he'll get open on some deep routes and then would just drop the ball, rob moore has simular ratings and i get better production out of him on short and deep routes.

QB: Bart Starr or Ken Stabler. Don't like wasting a Gold on a QB.
RB: If it's gold, it's Thurman Thomas. If silver, gotta go with Billy Sims.
TE: Ben Coates on silver, Metzelaars on bronze.

On defense, I never really have too much consistent dominence. I guess Willie Brown (gold CB) usually pulls down an INT at least once a game or so.

I think those shorter routes are his bread and butter for sure. I did about 100 plays in practice mode with him to check out his strengths, and I think those roues of 12 yards or less are his best. He is also good on the lob fade because of his height, and you can hit him on the skinny post between the CB and S and count on him to hang onto the ball more often than not. He's not a deep receiver, though, so he's got to be used accordingly, and he's not really going to outrun guys. I think they really got him down right in the game from what I remember watching him play.

Rob Moore does play really well, though. I see him online all the time, so I don't use him, but he's consistently good.

And Raja, you're right about Cromwell. He's a baller. He has hidden talents in the game, I swear.

I have 4, but I'm going to reconstitute my all-Raiders team tonight to bring the total to five. I've made a vow not to use a player on more than one team, just to keep it interesting.

I have 8 right now. 6 made up of teams like all-Raiders or all-49ers and 2 others with a mix of players, including an all pre-1970 team.

Like TrojanMan, I only use a player on one team. No repeats.

I try to go with no repeats. It gets tough when you find someone that really works for you, though.
