I have always thought that about this game. The football just has amazing physics.

Re: One year later...

The other night I spent 2 hours in practice mode playing with my new squad, I picked a non-generic QB for the first time, Randal Cunningham. His QB evade is awesome but does he seem a little slow to you guys? Also Okoye is a beast, maybe too good.

Re: One year later...

Love the game but lack of franchise/dynasty mode is a real letdown for me personally.

If it had a franchise I would never stop playing, that may be for the best. I played so many seasons of 2k5 that most of my team were fake players.

Yup. That's really my only major complaint. I have some niggling ones, but they are pretty minor. Oh, and I hate the RS kicking game setup. But that's a personal preference thing.

Re: One year later...

Just got a 360 and APF again, loving every minute of it. No need to get any other games for me right now. So many players I haven't used, so many plays not ran, so many color combinations not used.....

Re: One year later...

I manage to get back into it for a week or so every once in a while. Then the MAX 11 Legends and the Generic fill ins kill the game entirely for me.

The gameplay is so damn awesome. The way they set up the create a team is absolutely anything but. This gameplay with full customizable rosters would have been GOLDEN.

i used to feel the same way, but now playing and learning all the different players is way more fun than a franchise. the old players are pretty fun to use. and online, this game is amazing.
