Are Online Field Goals Impossible?

I know how to kick, I can make 50 yarders with generics. EVERY FG I try online is a dud and the graphic says "late". I have experimented MANY times releasing it at different times etc., and kicking very early and I always get the "late" explanation.

I would hate to think that every person I have played except one is cheating me, any answers????

They're quite possible, but I suck at them too. I leave a lot of points on the board due to my weak kicking game. I'm so bad that I'm known to shank them from 10 yards away. I try my hardest to get into the endzone when I'm close because I hate giving away points.

You have to swing the stick way earlier online then what you would offline. Infact it's better to just swing early period since it does not effect your offline kicking either if you swing early.

Yeah, that's one area I actually excel at in our league. there are guys with legend kickers that can't hit FGs. I'm actually considering a kicker for the upcoming season, depending on how the draft goes.

I tried, I got off a couple of good ones going MUCH earlier than offline, really, really tricky online, still kicking some watermelons though.

if you are using epstein as the generic kicker, yes it is impossible. he sucks.

he cost me a couple of games. i loved the other generics on my team, so i didn't change up the makeup until it was obvious how bad he was.

I was just gonna say to avoid Epstein--he sucks hard. Brown and the others are fine, but Epstein can go to hell. He's terrible.

hehe, kicking field goals online is easy. I think my longest with a generic is about 52 yards or so, obviously you need some wind to make them. Since there is online lag you have to push up a little bit faster then you do offline.
