What if 2K sports brought All Pro football to XBOX Live Arcade/PSN in a smaller version. Using a side scrolling (Tecmo Bowl) view with zoom, but the football animations of a 2K game? Do you think this would work?

heck yeah it would. I'm considering getting a DS just for the new Tecmo Bowl game.
Exlusive licenses are killing sports games.

You just don't like the fact that it's EA Sports with the exclusive license. If 2K Sports had it,most of you wouldn't have a problem.

Maybe he really feel like it is killing football games in general. I have both Madden and All Pro. Without competition you will continue to see garbage being made.

I don't know why 2K can't make a game like they did back in the old days..

I would totally buy an NFL2k game that had all the teams, and had the real colors, and real numbers of the players. Just no real names of team or players.

Don't you guys remember they used to make games in the 80's without licenses.. but player names were misspelled on purpose, but everyone knew who they were.

why cant they just do that now?
i'd totally buy that game

I think 2k wanted to be cautious to not piss off the NFL or NFLPA by doing that... it would burn that bridge forever for them.
