The other day I played a game in heavy rain and when there was a big hit you could see bits of water flying off the guy who got hit.

I will have to try this. I have played in the rain but never the snow.

My QB ended that game with a completion percentage around 10%, Earl finished with I think 40 carries, 300 yards and 4 TDs. That was the only game I ever played where my HB got more than 20-25 carries.
I love to play in the heavy snow, but you're right - drops galore.

It doesn't have to be that way though. If Madden can do it so can 2K. Just don't synchronize the snow online. The snowflakes on my screen don't have to be in the exact same position as the snowflakes on your screen.

I wish they would release a patch for weather online.

But that will never happen so it is pointless to even think aout it

Madden snow and APF snow is different because APF snow is anaimated. APF snow you see permanent foot prints and spalshes when you hit the ground.
