Sorry I counted wrong. There were alot of words so I got confused I guess. Two things: One, lose the sassy attitude. It's childish. Two, this is a list for meant for constructive thought and listening to others' opinions, not saying "My way goes and that's the end of story."

John Riggins is not, IMO, even close to the same category as Thurman Thomas, Walter Payton, and Barry Sanders. I'd say he's a silver.

I don't see how I came across as a jerk. I said 3 abilities not 6(meant 5). I was just trying to keep you following Phobia's format. He did 3, so I took that as the one to model after.

The one stat that I think keeps Riggins from being a Gold is his career YPC, which was 3.9. Is Riggins in the HOF? I really don't know.

Riggo's a HOFer. By my count, only 2 HOF RBs are silver, Tony Canadeo and Charley Trippi. If Hornung and Thomas are gold, then Riggins deserves it.

Here's mine:

Larry Csonka
FB
#39
237 lbs.
6'3
Gold
Abilities-Power, Secure Ball Bonus*, Branching Tackles, Bulldozer, Workhorse*

*=for people able to have 5 abilities

100% agree with Csonka. About the Paul Hournung comparison, I think the reason he made it was his versatility. He could do anything.

Thurman Thomas had higher YPC average for more yards, and was also great catching the ball out of the backfield.

Michael Irvin
WR
#88
207 lbs
6'2"
Gold
Abilities- Strength Bonus, Tough in the Middle, Acrobatic Catches, Deep Threat*, Bump Buster*

Bob "the bullet" Hayes
WR
#22
185 lbs
5'11"
Gold
Abilities- Speed Burner, Deep Threat, Breakaway Burst, Soft Hands*, Bump Buster*

* = Additional abilities for 5 ability CAPs.

I would have given Hayes Return Specialist if possible (he still holds 4 punt return records for the Cowboys), but sadly CAP WRs can't have that ability.

Riggo was the backbone of the best offense of the 80s. He, not Walter Payton or Barry Sanders or Emmit Smith, was the second player ever to rush for 100 TDs. At the age of 35 he was still an elite running back.

Riggo may not have been Barry Sanders, but he's certainly better that Curt Warner, Ottis Anderson, and Matt Snell.

Just so everyone is on the same page. This is not how YOU want to create someone. This is a data base of created players to be made as REALISTIC as possible. So realism is the key.
