Re: 1999 Titans
Okay, I'll throw you a bone.
Eddie George had outstanding vision, great footwork, the ability to carry the load, and was a good checkdown receiver. For that, I'd say he'd deserve workhorse, durability (he was a horse until his final year, when he only played 8 games; before that he started every game for 8 years), soft hands, and cutback. He was not exceptionally agile, which is why I don't think quick feet is right, but I think cutback would give him the proper amount of quickness for his running style. You might go branching tackles as well.
Jevon Kearse was an incredible freak of an athelete. He was known for his mind-boggling speed. Speed burner is a definite, but getting the pass rush right is a matter of interpretation. He never developed good secondary moves, but in his prime he could just run right by the OT and nab the sack. Sack Master and closing speed might round him out nicely. It's weird to give a DE two speed attributes, but Jevon was weird like that.
Wycheck was key to that passing game, and would get soft hands, perhaps possession receiver.
