Which is better, the regular rating system of 1-100 for abilities or the 2k8 system?

I have been watching Ryan Moody21 videos.. WOW..
You dont realise how bad madden is until you watch them.
No wonder they bought the nfl rights..
If 2k gets those rights back, its over..
Yes 2k5 has nice TV stuff and yes Madden has better grafics, but If you want a REAL on the Field Football game, 2k8 is it...
He also did a video about the ratings an it helps understand why the gold siver and bronze ratings are better..

i like the abilities system better, it's not as cut and dry as selecting the guys with the highest overalls, it's more about finding who is tailor made for what your scheme is trying to accomplish. just like real football, there aren't really absolute values, it's all depending on what you want to do with the players.
