Yeah, I figured it out myself, enter 00, don't enter a dot. As I said before, the problem is I don't see Arlins in the game, it's all blank.

After some testing, (dunno if this has been mentioned) I believe slots #6 & #7 are kicker ratings...haven't gotten around to testing which is which though but my generic kicker is much more accurate and gets touchbacks, so there something there...but when i get around to it, i'll post more specifics...
