Sliders!?!

Everyone has spent a ton of time playing the game. I would like to know the sliders that you guys are using. I'm trying to achieve a more challenging and balanced game as far as offense/defense.

Since the game is primarily an online game people spend more time getting results off the default settings in preparation for online play. Secondly since there is such a disparity in talent between legends and generics it is very difficult to hone in on what would work to get the most realistic results for every aspect of the game with soo many different team makeups.

When I created my sliders I did so in firstly getting the running game to the most realistic numbers possible which I know people would not like since everyone wants to get unrealistic results in the run game with every player having +5.0 yards and more averages every game which is a number that is only possible with only a few of the greatest running backs of all time (Simpson and Barry Sanders).

Yeah it was the best I could do to make it as realistic and balanced as possible (making the defense catch up to the offense and making the run game less powerful to realistic numbers).

I kind of gave up trying to get everything perfect but I might give it a go again since my NHL 11 is giving me disc read errors. However I doubt I will get anywhere since I can't seem to get that perfect combo that fits every type of team build.
