Found a new skill Bullet Time

The new skill is called bullet time, but i don't know what it does. i put it

on a lineman but didnt try to so if an knows about it tell me

Ok i just found out what it does. It makes everybody else go slow while the runner still goes faster

I wonder how many abilities are actually hidden. Three have already been found (Two Way Player, Helmet High Tackles, and Bullet Time). I wonder what purpose Bullet Time serves. It seems like a good one to give to Vick because he can make people look awfully slow when he escapes the pocket.

What is the code for it and where is it located?
