If its not a power up you must be able to edit your player to get that 5 point boost like...

Quick Feet, Strength, Speed, all have a 5 point boost but will not take effect unless you edit your player. The downside of that is once you edit your player in game it will reset all his rating to the default so you might as well just top him out in the editor at 99 than choose a different attribute.

Believe me we have been testing these things non stop so feel free to try your own test.

Finn, I'm not exactly sure what is happening, but it appears that certain players are going missing in the editor whenever I open it. It went from 1541 to 1540 to now 1531. Most of the players that are disappearing are from my first CPU team. Do you think it has anything to do with me changing the names? It's kind of weird and I don't know how to fix it.

No, but I unlinked the names and changed them in the game. They appear as weird symbols in the editor, which makes sense because I linked them to some weird text. Eventually though, the players started disappearing from the editor.

so what if you use the editor give the attributes and ratings, edit him to make the attributes take affect, then go back into the editor to adjust his ratings? will the attributes take affect after all of that?

Tried searching for 000084 & other 84 combos, but it didn't work. Might be the editor I'm using. Anyway, I did a search for 84. Had to surf thru generics, but found 'em all. Thanks.
