Hidden legends

I found some cyber faces of players in the game that were not available to choose from. The first one I found was Andre "bad moon" Rison. They must have had a deal and it fell through at the end before release. Probably thought they could work on a deal after release and release him as "down loadable content". However just in case if the deal did go through and they were able to get his consent at the price they wanted, they probably did the cyber face work in advance. Found his face in the game gonna look for the rest of them.

Good work, catcatch! I think the list of faces might correlate to the list of names of unused legends in the roster file. I can't remember exactly where but there is a series of names that appear after the legends' names in the hex editor and I think I remember seeing Rison's name there. I also think Terry Bradshaw is one too. I'm glad you still got some interest in the game and let us know if you find any more! Thanks, man!

You are exactly right sir, they do correlate. I am specifically looking for those players. However there is not enough spots for all those players. I have found a way to find which one is which. The problem is 2k didn't do a great job with the faces so it is a bit like 2k2 basketball where the players have exaggerated facial features in their cyber and card photos.

No just the player card and the cyber face only. Some only have a player card photo and no cyber face.

Jim Plunkett is in the game but only his player card photo and no cyber face.

Well I found most of them, unfortunately 2k removed all their cyber faces except Andre Rison. Probably a mistake on their part. There are several player card photos but no more cyber faces. Oh well.

At least the new player cards could be used for different players rather than having a blank box.

Here is an excel file with each and every player listed with their hex address and player cyber face. They are listed in order from top to bottom in the roster file.
