IMO you have to have balance, i love a spread attack and stopping the pass.

My fav team has

Gold: QB, FS

Silver: WR SS CB

Bronze CB DE OLB WR TE HB

yeah, sure ,but its a game you can make more than one team for. So you might as well experiment .

at least a left tackle to buy some time in the pocket haha ?

Ive made teams with tackles and other positions but they dont make an impact on the game as much as a position i mentioned above. But im just speaking from my experience. But if you wanted to stack a side i would say go Gale Sayers and a good FB to block for him and then pickup a Tackle and Guard. As an example.
