How about the pulled hamstring animation, love it! Only twice have I had this happen. Each time I throw deep because it looks like a blown coverage and my wideout is WIDE open. Go back to the replay and see that the DB dropped out of coverage and began clutching the back of his leg because of a pulled hamstring. Only in APF.

I just recently seen an animation, where my receiver gets hit at the half yard line, gets spun around and tackled. On the way down to the turf, he lands on his back on top of the defender, puts his left hand on the turf and lunges over the goal line for a TD!!! Great stuff there.

I love it when you plow into guys on the sideline as well.

Yep, the mid-play injury animations in this game are awesome. Plus when they happen, the game will slow a slow-motion replay of how the player got hurt while the announcers detail the severity and location of the injury.

Reading this thread just made me depressed. It really is amazing how much better this game is than Madden. It's so much better that Madden shouldn't even be involved in the same conversation. 2k football developers >>>> Any Madden developer.

Sign of a great game--- 4 years in and you're still seeing new animations!

Sadly, with Madden, you've seen em all after the halfway point of season one, lmao.

I still say if APF had a franchise mode, Madden would be an afterthought to many more people.

I have a butt load of awesome replays / animations saved up. Once I get around to getting some video capture capabilities I will load them up. 6+ years late

If this had a franchise mode, I'd still be playing it for sure. Instead I'm left without a football game worth playing.
