What's needed to make gameplay videos?

Good vids RS, but could you consider if you do another to kill the announcers (repetitive) and maybe tone down the on-field hit volume. You'd never hear that level of hit noise while you're watching a game.

You just need a capture device. I have the HPV from Hauppage. It works very well, but it's a bit pricey.

what editing software are u using and what would u recomend. I just got my HPV from Hauppage last week and ive been using windows live movie maker , its ok but looking for somthing better.

Well, you can use the software that comes with it. Personally I don't have anything else I am using other than movie maker or iMovie for Mac.
