Kanobi's Custom NFL2k13/APF2k8 Files

First, let me give all props to Ratesports for his extensive work and making this all possible. If you have not done so please stop by Ratesports and make a donation - RateSports.net

As for hese files I'd say this is the most realistic gameplay I've achieved. I'm quite pleased with how all aspects of the gameplay are working on default All-Pro sliders. But that's just my take. As always, i invite you guys to check out these files and post feedback.

Keep in mind these files were tested on All Pro Deafult (25 Fatigue for HUM/CPU) and 'Fast' gamespeed.

lastly......ENJOY!!!

P.S.

Download Modio here ... you also need this USBXTAFGUI - for reading your USB flash drive after it's been formatted for Xbox 360 use.

also, a reminder for those who can't get the files to work:

A few things to try
- Make sure your USB device is formatted for Xbox 360 use
- Make sure you extract the roster file (Roster.ROS) from the zip folder first
- Rehash and Resign the file in Modio before transferring to your USB
- Clear both your USB Drive and Xbox Hardrive of other roster files before attempting the transfer process
- Make sure the file is named 'Roster.ROS' - if this is not the case then let me know and I can correct it and upload a new file for that particular team.

With these tips, every file should load properly

Re: Super Bowl IV: Kanobi's Chiefs & Vikes files

Can somebody check out the Vikes file with me? I'm enjoyin it but welcome objective opinion.

AP is a once-in-generation type of RB IMO. Just the way the dude runs...his speed...power....its pretty clear that if he can put together a nice career statistically, he'll be in the HOF. I think I've captured him pretty well in this file. Personally, i like watchin him run CPU vs CPU. Man! I've got to get a video capture device...i hate tryin to describe this stuff to you guys lmao!

Re: Super Bowl IV: Kanobi's Chiefs & Vikes files

Okay...since nobody downloaded the previous Chiefs file I had in the OP, I've just uploaded a new one. This one is off the f**kin HOOK! Once I discovered how to change a player's running style, my whole perspective changed.

I abandoned my previous adherence to using nfl combine data. That stuff just doesn't really apply to videogame. Instead I manipulated player attributes so that they replicated the playing style of their real-life counterparts. I focused this approach primarily on the running game.

Basically, if you watch a CPU vs CPU game with the Seahawks, chances are you could possibly see Marshawn Lynch do this:

That type of run wasn't possible with my previous Chiefs files. IT...IS...NOW. Not just Lynch's running but also the blocking...OL hustling downfield...everything.

I also improved the passing game. Generic WR's and TE's are a little better but still not in the same realm with Star WR/TE. QB's are a bit more mobile and stronger. Overall, there's more balance between offense and defense. Make a mistake on either side of the bal and you...will...pay.

This new Chiefs file is now in the OP. Try it out and post your thoughts ...

So Kanobi, is this just the Chiefs' roster that has had these changes made to them bc you said if you play vs the Seahawks that Lynch will go beast mode? How many teams are edited and which teams are they if I can ask?

All the players in my Chiefs file are edited and that covers all teams in the Chiefs file. However, the Chiefs file is the only one with the most recent 'Beast Mode' edits. Basically just the Chiefs file in the OP has the most recent work done. If there's a specific team file you'd like me to work on, just let me know

Being a huge Panthers fan I'd love to see what your work could bring to that team. I'm going to try out the Chiefs file this evening. Thanks for your work on APF!
