An edited roster with the legends

With this file I added some more legends to the cpu teams (all but 2 or 3 are tiered) and changed their uniform colors to make the game fresh and some of their stadiums. the file has the roster, the created legends and their spot in the hex file and the user team with created nfl players and their hex spot, and face codes that i used. The created NFL team has 20 caps (4gold,6silver and 1 bronze), and 4 edited generics

Exactly what I was hoping someone would do. I'd be more into the whole 2K13 roster thing if we could have a franchise mode, but since we can't i'm all for just having fun with legends. Would really like to see a GOAT roster file made, wouldn't have to add an insane amount of players, and make just the teams with an extensive history. Thanks for your work, just wish I could get this on the Mac
