Giving a Return Specialist or a Kicker or Punter the Leadership Ability?

I am getting ready to edit every one of Rate Sports head-to-head files and I was wondering if I gave Devin Hester (at the bronze tier) the "Leadership" ability, if this would allow the blockers to block for him better on punt and kick returns.

And I have Shane Lechler as a Gold on the Raiders, and I gave him Coffin Corner/Clutch/ and Leadership. Does anyone know what effects "Leadership" will have on his performance?

Not much is known about the leadership ability. It remains a mystery, other than the fact that it supposedly improves your teammates.

However, no one really knows the exact effects of it, and 2K has never given out any info about it.
