Would having multiple .ROS files on your computer cause the problem? I'm stumped..

Something just isnt right..even when I use default rosters, make a simple edit in Online mode by just changing a star players first name..select 8 teams as user controlled...I go back to the game..it gives me the the "no free cloned player slots" error

I figured out the issue. In order to be able to go in the game itself and edit the teams you have to have 2 Golds, 3 Silver and 6 Bronze. Because its like youre creating a team and thats the only way to by pass that screen. So just give anyone on your Roster 2 Gold 3 SIlver and 6 Bronze, and you should be able to go in an edit.

Correct. You have 20 created players. If you want the other 9 players to be a gold, silver or bronze 'level'... for an example, make him gold in editor, go to APF on 360 and edit him (date of birth for example), then go to editor and make him a non star. He will be 'locked in' as a gold CAP but you will not exceed your 11 stars on field requirement.

Do this for 11 CAPs.
Edit 22 generics for name, #, ht, wt of choice.

Everything is working fine so far, but for some reason I can't edit Jim Otto.

Even if I just select him and press accept an error message appears. the error report is in german so I'm not sure if you would find it useful if i post it here.

Its not a big deal bit i did find it weird.

edit: nevermind, I'm stupid. its the jersey number.

Okay after successfully editing 9 of the 24 teams in the game, I've come across the same problem. Its giving me the error again, but I'm able to still create and edit the uniforms, but the game freezes when trying to play a game with those teams. And I only have 11 star players on the teams..any suggestions...
