Re: The NFL Project

My take on the Cowboys:

Gold (three abilities per CAP):
CB Terence Newman (Coverage Bonus, Speed Burner, Return Specialist)
OLB Demarcus Ware (Pass Rush Bonus, Sack Master, Speed Burner)

Silver (two abilities per CAP):
WR Terrell Owens (Strength Bonus, Arm of Steel)
SS Roy Williams (Run Coverage, Hard Hitter)
TE Jason Witten (Soft Hands, Tough Over the Middle)

Bronze:
QB Tony Romo (Leadership Bonus)
RB Julius Jones (Cutback Ability)
OT Flozell Adams (Bulldozer)
C Andre Gurode (Bulldozer)
ILB Bradie James (Run Coverage)
WR Terry Glenn (Speed Burner)

man that was really hard to do...still no Shaun Phillips, Hardwick, Goff, Parker, IGor Olshansky.
Nice. Here's mine tho.

Gold (3 Abilities Per)
Ladainian Tomlinson (Leadership Ability, Workhorse, Cutback Ability)
Shawne Merriman (Sack Master, Reach Tackle, Big Hit)

Silver (2 Abilities Per)
Antonio Gates (Soft Hands, Tough In The Middle)
Jamal Williams (Run Coverage, Leadership Bonus)
Philip Rivers (Quick Release, Pocket Presence)

Bronze (1 Ability Per)
Marcus McNeill (Stonewall)
Luis Castillo (Run Coverage)
Quentin Jammer (Coverage Bonus)
Eric Parker (Mr. 3rd Down)
Shaun Phillips (Pass Rush Bonus)
Nate Kaeding (Kick Accuracy Bonus)

You're right. That was really hard to do. I only wish you could add more abilities like the Legends already in the game. Antonio Gates can easily be Gold but I figured I'd be more balanced and have an offensive and a defensive player. I chose Eric Parker over Vincent Jackson because he's more proven and because he is Mr. 3rd Down...save for the Patriots playoff game. I chose Nate Kaeding over Kris Dielman because of Kaeding officially being a Pro-Bowl kicker last season. And of course, I added Shaun Phillips because you were missing a player. Although, I would love to add an ILB. I just have to wait to see whether it's Wilhelm or Cooper who steps it up and replaces Donnie Edwards.

Terrence Newman should not be a gold; switch him for Roy Williams.
DeMarcus Ware could be a gold, but TO is definitely a gold, switch them.
Witten is in the right spot
Gurode shouldn't be on there (I personally used Barber), Flozell, maybe. (I had Anthony Henry instead of Flo.)
Tony Romo should have Scrambler, not Leadership Bonus

Re: The NFL Project

Yeah, this is really tough when it comes to the chargers. I think that Lorenzo Neal should be on here somewhere, he is probably the best fullback in football!

Just a suggestion, this is afterall each person's take on their favorite NFL team.

Re: The NFL Project

After basically rebuilding the team, it would be a pain in the butt to make the current, modern Bills but I'll give it a shot...

Gold
Aaron Schobel, #94, DE (Speed Burner, Sack Master, Pass Rush Bonus)
Lee Evans, #83, WR (Speed Burner, Deep Threat, Soft Hands)

Silver
Terrence McGee, #24, CB (Return Specialist, Ball Hawk)
Jason Peters, #71, T (Bulldozer, Brick Wall)
Brian Moorman, #8, P (Coffin Corner, Kick Power)

Bronze
Marshawn Lynch, #23, RB (Workhorse)
Paul Posluszny, #51, ILB (Wrap-Up Tackler)
Donte Whitner, #20, SS (Coverage Bonus)
JP Losman, #7, QB (Scrambler)
Angelo Crowell, #55, OLB (Run Coverage)
Chris Kelsay, #90, DE (Pass Rush Bonus)

Lynch and Poz could be bumped to silver depending on how they do this season. Neither have played a NFL regular season down and Lynch is actually still unsigned.
