I'm as big a Cowboys' fan as anyone else here but I can't justify Roy Williams being a Gold player, especially over Terrence Newman (should have gone to the Pro Bowl the past two years) or Demarcus Ware (budding star, poised to have a breakout year). Not after R-Dubb's iffy performance last season.
Ditto for Owens, who led the league in drops (though he did lead in TD receptions as well). Not only that but all his drops seemingly came on third downs or on plays where he would have had a big gain or a touchdown.
Andre Gurode needs to be included as one of the starred players, he really came through last season; Anthony Henry however should not be one by any means as he is way too inconsistent. I can see Romo as a scrambler rather than using what I had him as (Leadership) but is spot on at Bronze.
Another possibility at Bronze is DT Jason Ferguson with Run Coverage or something to that effect. Yet another potential candidate is DE Greg Ellis; he'd be a pass rusher. Either are more qualified candidates at Bronze than Barber, Jones, or Henry, and potentially Flozell.
