I couldn't get the Steelers uniform code to work here either. But a buddy of mine sent me this code for the Steelers uniform and it worked like a charm.

No, it doesn't matter what logo you pick before entering the code. The code also includes the logo selection.

The Rams code listed on the first page works. You're mistyping it. Don't try to type the space, and everything is case-sensitive.
