I felt some corrections were necessary. I'm still learning the game, and all the attributes.

If you downloaded the previous file from post #6, you can quickly update the file yourself by making these changes:

For Kenny Easley, change Footsteps to Coverage Bonus, and Run Reader to Run Coverage.

For Lawrence Taylor, change Footsteps to Strength Bonus.

I'm finding the Footsteps attribute to be sort of useless, and I also searched around a bit more so that I could construct these two players better.

LT could probably have a number of attributes in place of Footsteps. Strength Bonus seemed to be the one that best suits him, to go along with the others I chose (Speed Burner and Sack Master).

I knew Easley was a good cover guy, but thought Footsteps sounded more appropriate when I first created him. Also, Run Coverage seems to be a better trait for him over Run Reader, as it portrays his athleticism better.

For people that don't know about Easley, here's a great article on him that describes just what an outstanding player he was. Notice the high praise he gets from some pretty big time names:

Cool. Great idea man. Is there anyone out there with the 5 abilities for gold atttribute. I think players like Jim Brown/Lawrence Taylor deserve at least 5.

For Jim Brown I'd add STAMINA and STRENGTH (to go along with QUICK FEET, POWER, and BRANCHING TACKLES).

For LT... CLOSING SPEED and PASS RUSH BONUS (to go along with SPEED BURNER, STRENGTH BONUS, and SACK MASTER).

For Easley... QUICK FEET and FOOTSTEPS (to go along with COVERAGE BONUS, RUN COVERAGE, and BIG HIT)

For Neon Deion... BALL HAWK and QUICK FEET (to go along with SPEED BURNER, COVERAGE BONUS, and RETURN SPECIALIST)

For Bruce Matthews... LEADERSHIP and CLUTCH (along with STONEWALL, DURABILITY BONUS, and QUICK FEET)

Just PS3.

Search these forums and the 2K Sports forums and you can probably find some good rosters for the 360, though I can't say for sure.

It helps too to put the sliders in your favor by boosting human run ability and dropping cpu tackling, because it seems at the default it's a bit hard to break tackles, even on PRO... Maybe it's just me though.

You have to make him a runningback and then turn him into a fullback after using him a few times as a runningback. Trust me, it'll work. It works when you make Jim Taylor or any other old-fashioned rushing fullback. You make them a tailback first. And then you make them a fullback.
