Ok, I'm at this point. I'm using the USB xtaf GUI and I don't know which file to save it in. When I do, it doesn't show up in game that I changed anything. Even when I delete the file that I took from the game.

Come on guys. Please a little help...

Re: 2010 Detroit Lions with edited generics

Plug your USB flash drive into your PC and open USBXTAFGUI.

If USBXTAFGUI is not up to date (v44 is the latest), update it now.

When you are done updating, choose "File," then "Open Device Selector."

Select the USB flash drive and open it.

On the left side of the screen, click "Data Partition," then "Content."

Keep clicking and expanding the file system on the left side of the screen until you get to the bottom of the file system.

Now click on the empty space on the right side of the screen and hit "inject."

Choose the APF 2K8 file "Roster.ROS" from wherever you have saved it and hit inject.

That's it! You're ready to plug and play.

Re: 2010 Detroit Lions with edited generics

v2 is up! Check the main post for the download link.

I found all the generics who were on special teams and edited them, so now there are no more regular generics taking the field!

It is all real Lions players now.

I still can't get the Roster file to work.

I do everything in your little guide, and it will show up on the dashboard but not on the load screen in game.

Re: 2010 Detroit Lions with edited generics

An easier way to do things is to load one of your own APF 2K8 roster files on the USB stick first.

That way it will be easier to find the exact directory you need to inject the "Roster.ROS" file into.

Just delete your old roster and inject the new one; that should be all there is to it.

Also make sure USBXTAFGUI is up date (v44).
