Re: NFL Classic Rosters

Jet with QB Joe Willie Namath

Chiefs from the 1969 season

Any chance of getting an Oilers team wtih rb Earl Campbell and qb Dan Pastorni. They would have been to several Super Bowls if they did not have to go up against the Steelers of the 70's.

Re: NFL Classic Rosters

BAKESALEE- of course, this is for everyone to share!
I need help with logos and unis though...

will upload asap but I haven't found ratings that work until the patch comes- too many INTs even with DBs at 1 focus+1 agility!

KC- when we get someone to do unis and logos, Campbell's 1979 Oilers are definite!

I'd love to do Namath and the old Chiefs but I already made them for ESPN2k5 so I am now leaning towards 1990's Chiefs (Okoye) and 80's Jets (Gastineau, Klecko, Walker, Schuler, Harper and McNeil..Sack exchange...).
thanks,
MJ

Re: NFL Classic Rosters

Don't worry about the INTs, that's not a roster issue. What's most important is that the logos are made and the 1st string players are named and numbered.

The patch will take care of itself. And there are those of us who will use the editor on our own if we deem the value of the numbers are over/under inflated.

Again, the most anticipated aspect will be the logos. We'll all take care of the rest.

mrjordan, i think this game gives you the unique option of creating more than 1 of the same team, i think you should take advantage of that

Re: NFL Classic Rosters

Actually I am naming and numbering not only the starters, but every player on each roster...

What good is recreating a team when it's not accurate?

Re: NFL Classic Rosters

cubsball,
I am thinking of doing just that.
After all, how could we be without Dan Marino? OJ Simpson? Eric Dickerson?

Anyway, if someone wants to sub in one team for another, they can do it with the editor, easy...
Thanks,
MJ

Re: NFL Classic Rosters

On the 49ers I am thinking 1989.
1994 was good too, don't get me wrong, but Montana wasn't on the 49ers. MONTANA to RICE!

Your thoughts?

I love the 1989 49ers too, but I guess I just wanted a team with Deion $anders on it. Thanks anyway.

Re: NFL Classic Rosters

yeah Deion was on every team at one time or another...LOL.
You can feel free to edit anyone and re-edit the 89 team to 94 no problem bro.
